Let’s feel better, together.
Support groups allow caregivers to share their situations and experiences with other participants. These sharing spaces prioritize respect, confidentiality, and non-judgment. These monthly meetings are open to those who register and are facilitated by a counselor from GASO. We are committed to making our support as accessible as possible by offering various locations, time slots, and meeting formats.
“Thanks to my participation in GASO’s monthly support groups, I learned to express my emotions without feeling guilty and to live more peacefully in my role as a caregiver. Without the group, I wouldn’t have made it through those years of caregiving.”
